Benefits Program 

All Ducharme Landscapes Inc. employees could be eligible to sign up for health, dental and life insurance benefits after 6 months of service to the company, terms would need to be discussed with management.  Upon termination of employment with the company, all benefits are lost. Ducharme Landscapes Inc. will pay for one new pair of work boots per year for each employee who has completed the minimum one year of loyalty and service to the company. Ducharme Landscapes offer employee discounts at all of its suppliers for use of materials around his or her own home. Please talk to your supervisor if there is something you need. Ducharme Landscapes Inc. offers sponsorship for all employees interested in the attending landscape horticulture apprenticeship schooling. All management team members are required to be enrolled or have completed some educational programs. Ducharme Landscapes Inc. will sometimes sponsor's tuition, apprentice sign up and book costs.

Ducharme Landscapes Inc. offers all employees the opportunity to participate in various skill and development training seminars that are offered throughout the course of the year. The company will cover all course and seminar registration fees.

- We offer sponsorship for all employee's interested in attending landscape horticulture apprentice schooling. All management team members are required to be enrolled or have completed the Apprenticeship Programs.

Ducharme Landscapes Inc. will sponsor tuition, apprentice sign up & book costs; If the Employee passes a level in apprenticeship training, and continues employment with the company, he or she is eligible to receive a $200 bonus from the company.
