Benefits Program

All Ducharme Landscapes Inc. employees are eligible to receive an equal payment plan towards health, dental & life insurance benefits after six months of service to the company; This means that the company will cover 50% of the employee's benefit payments. If an employee remains with the company for three years, he or she is eligible for an additional 10% towards his or her benefit payments. If an employee remains with the company for 6 Years, he or she will be eligible to receive 100% benefit coverage payments from the company. Upon termination of employment with the company, all benefits are lost.
