All Ducharme Landscapes Inc. employees are eligible to receive an equal payment plan towards health, dental & life insurance benefits after six months of service to the company; this means that the company will cover 50% of the employees benefit payment. If an employee remains with the company for three years, he or she is eligible for an additional 10% towards his or her benefit payments. If an employee remains with the company for six years, he or she will be eligible to receive 100% benefit coverage payments from the company. Upon termination with the company, all benefits are lost.

- We will pay for one new pair of work boots per year for each employee who has completed the minimum one year of loyalty and service to the company.

- We offer employee discounts at all of our suppliers for use of materials around his or her own home. Please talk to your General Manager if there is something you need.

- We offer sponsorship for all employee's interested in attending landscape horticulture apprentice schooling. All management team members are required to be enrolled or have completed the Apprenticeship Programs. Ducharme Landscapes Inc. will sponsor tuition, apprentice sign up & book costs; If the Employee passes a level in apprenticeship training, and continues employment with the company, he or she is eligible to receive a $200 bonus from the company.


- We offer all employees the opportunity to participate in various skill development training seminars that are offered throughout the course of the year. The company will cover all course and seminar registration fee's.
